Embodied movement therapy

'What sets Emma apart is her understanding of neurodiversity and her ability to translate that into meaningful, practical support. At a deeper level she has supported me through recovery from dissociation, helping me reconnect with my body and muscles'.

'Thank you for another great pilates group session, I have felt really good since then. I was especially impressed with your observational skills regarding my need for an extra minute or two before starting'.

Physiotherapy

'Emma used a range of approaches within her treatment plans, consent was always discussed & revisited. I found her to be very experienced, knowledgeable & a holistic practitioner. Equally she is extremely understanding & empathic, I valued the work we completed & the positive outcome from it'.

Transpersonal coaching

'I came to Emma when I was at a stuck point, unsure what I needed. Over three sessions she created a space that was warm, non-judgmental & genuinely attentive. She listened carefully, asked good questions, & made observations that were precise without ever feeling intrusive. She moved between practical reflection & deeper somatic work with real ease, & several times named something I hadn't quite articulated myself. I have no hesitation in recommending her, she is perceptive, thoughtful, and a wonderful practitioner to work with.
